This pattern showing a small flying eagle and the reverse as on the 1859 Indian cent is one of the designs which was part of a 12 piece set sold by the Mint. To view the set, click here.

Examples are known struck from 2 different reverse dies. P245 with the reverse leaves in clusters of 5 and P246 with clusters of 6 leaves as illustrated above. The latter is the rarer of the 2.

Because these were sold in sets, it is relatively common.
