This design has an obverse similar to the regular nickel 3 cent piece with no star on the Liberty's coronet combined with a reverse showing a simple laurel wreath with In God We Trust at the top and the Cents in a straight line below the 5. This is also J578 and is one of the more common nickel patterns with 2 to 3 dozen known It was also struck in copper J567 & J578A/P628 with about a half dozen known.
